Here at HHA we pride ourselves in the partnerships we have with our local Further Education providers. We offer various subject specific school placements for PGCE students. Whilst on placement, associate teachers receive contextualised professional studies workshops alongside weekly mentor meetings to reflect on delivery and set highest leverage actions steps for development. Our Learning Coaches are highly experienced practitioners who keep abreast with evidence informed approaches to T+L so to ensure the highest level of support. We use a coaching model here in school for teacher development.
